At SSS4L, we carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

Processing Times

* Ready-to-ship items: 5/7 business days.
* Custom jewelry & grillz: 3/4 weeks, depending on the design and production process.
* Custom orders may take longer during busy periods. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

* United States: 5–7 business days
* United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
* International: 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside of our control. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier investigation.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
